We are inviting experienced Clinical Counsellors & Clinical Social Workers (RCCs, CCCs, RSWs) to join our growing practice.
The ideal candidate brings a deep commitment to the neurodivergent community, along with an in-depth understanding of neurodivergent experiences, and a commitment to providing truly neuro-affirming care.
Preference will be given to clinicians who are experienced in supporting neurodivergent youths, as well as neurodiverse parents, couples, and families.

Required Clinical Backgrounds
We are looking for candidates with a well-rounded understanding of neurodivergence and the nuances of supporting neurodivergent individuals and neurodiverse relationships. Relevant experience includes:
Familiarity with a range of neurotypes, particularly Autism (ASD), ADHD, AuDHD, and HSP; Knowledge of PDA is a bonus!
Knowledge of common co-occurring conditions (including but not limited to disordered eating, (C)PTSD, sensory processing challenges, fibromyalgia, and OCD);
Proven experience in providing clinical counselling to neurodivergent clients;
Preference will be given to candidates experienced with youth clients as well as neurodiverse relationships, such as couples, co-parents, and families;
Ability to provide counselling in a second language is an asset!
Availability for in-person appointments in our North Vancouver office is a bonus!
Application Criteria
To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following requirements:
Educational Background: Master’s degree in Clinical Counselling, Clinical Social Work, or Psychology from an accredited institution
Professional Membership: Member in good standing with one of the following:
BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC);
Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA);
BC College of Social Workers (BCCSW).
Insurance: Hold (or be willing to obtain upon hiring) professional liability insurance.
Technology: Provide your own computer and demonstrate proficiency with digital tools.
