If your neurodivergent child struggles with sensory sensitivities, emotional meltdowns, sound triggers, or social connection, their nervous system may be stuck in a defensive "fight, flight, or freeze" state. This parent-focused program is designed to empower you as the primary co-regulator. Rather than having your child attend group therapy, you will learn how the SSP works, how to guide and pace listening sessions with your child at home, and how to create a low-demand, safe environment that supports your child's nervous system.
